We want to make sure your're 100% satisfied with the purchase you have made through us. That is the reason we offer a no questions asked 30-day Return & Exchange policy on all our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange the item for a different style, size or anything else. Engraved items are not eligible for exchange or returns!

Exchange Policy 
Please email support at support@sunnyrings.com for exchanging an item. Please include your order number in the subject. Non- engrave items can be exchanged for a similar item or different size without any fees. But you are responsible for the cost difference and shipping charges. Engraved items are non-exchangeable. Please note that if you purchased an item from us and we engraved it, there will be no refunds or exchanges. We can offer the same item to you at 50% off the listed price with free engraving.

Return Policy 
We want to make sure you’re satisfied. If for any reason there is an issue, please reach out to us, we will try to make it right! You may return the item within 30 days from the day you receive your item, but please remember there will be a 15% restocking fee and responsible for the shipping postage for returning the item back to us. Please note that if you purchased an item from us and we engraved it, there will be no refunds or exchanges. We can offer the same item to you at 50% off the listed price with free engraving. The return policy is only available for online purchases; in-store return policy may vary.

Returning for Engraving 
To ensure the size of the ring fits, you can always receive the ring and send back for engraving within 30 days of your purchase. There will be no extra charges for returning the item back for engraving but you are responsible for sending the item back to us.

International Returns & Exchanges 
International order returns, customers are responsible for postage and ensuring delivery of the item back to us. Please remember there will be a 25% restocking fee for returning the item, exchanges will not incur a restocking fee. International order exchanges, customers will be responsible for postage to and from our warehouse for the exchanged item. A flat postage fee of $20 will apply for exchanges anywhere in the world.

Pack your jewelry in its original packaging using a padded or "bubble-packed" envelope and ship via US Postal Service Registered Mail. For your security, be sure to insure the package for the full value and request a return receipt for delivery confirmation. This will make the return more "traceable."
